The beginning of 2020 in Azerbaijan appeared to be largely impressive. Project for Kia Motors' annual conference for 250 delegates, which we held in cooperation with our partners from Russia, came out as exquisite and dazzling event with lots of thought-provoking elements.

The Conference was held in Azerbaijan, from 2 to 8 September, 2019. We organized the annual meeting for 90 participant. We worked efficiently for the Conference to choose date and time, location, purpose, venue selection, hotel selection, meeting space, conference exhibit hall and booths, speaker/exhibitor registration, attendee registration, attendee badges, program of events, food and beverage, audio-visual, on-site staffing, event strategy and marketing, financial marketing. Our local expertise and professional staff was managed each and every detail to perfection.
We had a truly sensational conference and a memorable experience with enticing program theme in Azerbaijan, in 2018. We went for the extraordinary venue for the event and it definitely made the event stand out. Pharma Company annual conference, which took place on 3-10 September, 2018 with wide participation was unanimously recognized as an immense success. The conference marked more than 200 registered participants who acquired incredible and long-lasting memories of the event.
The crescendo of the event was the thrilling team building Formula 1 involving employees. The main goals of the team building are to strengthen the team spirit, intensify the relationships between the participants, deepen the knowledge, encourage the development of leadership roles, enhance the feeling of belonging to the company and last but not least to have fun!
